In the island of Reggae and Dancehall,Carnival and its indigenous Soca music is largely seasonal. Soca junkies must wait until the start of each year for that musical fix they crave. Now after three months of gyrating, jumping and waving, the carnival train has loaded up and gone on its way but what better way to anticipate its return next year than to reminisce on the ups (and downs) of its stay here in Jamaica?
